Prime Meats' product line consists of portions hand-cut by master butchers including Prime Meats Verified Black Angus. Verified Black Angus is 100 % Black Angus from the heart of cattle country. Only the top 4% of Angus cattle meet the standards to qualify as Verified Black Angus . Each cattle is DNA tested and verified as a true "Genotype" program with exceptional marbling and USDA "A" maturity.
